The Platinum Experience for Nature Photography
Join East Coast Tour & Shuttle Co. for a private, carefully curated wildlife and nature photography experience at Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. With seating limited to just six guests, this intimate excursion is designed for those who want to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and have exceptional opportunities to observe and photograph Florida’s remarkable wildlife.
Departing from Palm Coast on Wednesday, November 11, we’ll travel comfortably to the refuge and begin our exploration of Black Point Wildlife Drive, a spectacular seven-mile scenic route through coastal marshes, wetlands, and wildlife habitat. The drive takes about 40 minutes to an hour at a slow, leisurely pace, with stops to observe, photograph, and appreciate the surroundings.
Black Point Drive is renowned for its abundant birdlife. Depending on seasonal conditions and wildlife activity, guests may encounter roseate spoonbills, herons, egrets, ibises, ospreys, wading birds, alligators, and many other species. The changing light, reflections, and open wetlands make this an especially rewarding setting for nature photographers and bird enthusiasts.
The Platinum Experience is about taking your time. With only six seats available, the group can enjoy a more personal experience and a pace that allows photographers and wildlife enthusiasts to watch for activity, compose photographs, and simply enjoy the natural beauty of the refuge.
We’ll also enjoy a catered lunch at the refuge, providing an opportunity to relax, take in the scenery, and share the experience with fellow nature and photography enthusiasts.
