Back on the Road: A New Season for East Coast Tour & Shuttle
There’s something about travel that changes you.
After spending time exploring New Zealand and Australia, I’ve come home to Florida with a renewed appreciation for something I’ve always believed: you don’t have to travel halfway around the world to have an extraordinary adventure.
Sometimes, the most interesting places are right in your own backyard.
That thought has us especially excited about the months ahead at East Coast Tour & Shuttle.
We’re Back and We’re Energized
Our time in New Zealand and Australia was filled with incredible landscapes, fascinating towns, wildlife, history and, most importantly, the experience of discovering places one road, trail and conversation at a time.
That’s the kind of travel we love.
And it reminded us why we created East Coast Tour & Shuttle in the first place.
Florida’s northeast coast is an amazing destination, but it’s often overlooked by people who live here. From historic St. Augustine and Fernandina Beach to the quiet beauty of our inland springs, rivers, forests and coastal communities, there is an incredible amount to discover.
You don't have to get on an airplane to go exploring.
A New Website for a New Season
We’re also excited to introduce our new website, created by John Alexander, who has done a wonderful job bringing the East Coast Tour & Shuttle experience to life online.
The new site makes it easier to see where we’re going, explore upcoming tours and get a better feel for what makes our trips different.
But the website is really just the beginning.
What we’re most excited about is getting back out on the road and sharing these places with you.
Some Great Adventures Are Ahead
We have a terrific lineup of tours coming up, including historic destinations, beautiful coastal communities, natural areas and some of those wonderfully quirky Florida places that you might otherwise drive right past.
We’ll be visiting places such as Cross Creek and Micanopy, St. Augustine, the First Coast, Florida’s beaches and historic sites, along with other destinations we’re continually discovering.
And, as always, our tours aren't designed to feel like you're simply being transported from one attraction to another.
We want you to experience the place.
There might be a story you didn't know, a little known road, a great local lunch, a wildlife sighting, a historic building, or simply a beautiful place to stop and take it all in.
Those are often the moments people remember.
And There’s More to Come
One of the things we enjoy most about East Coast Tour & Shuttle is that we can create experiences around the people who travel with us.
Have a group of friends who want to get away for the day?
A club or organization looking for something different?
Family visiting from out of town?
A company planning a group outing?
Let's create something together.
We can put together personalized day trips and group experiences throughout Northeast and Central Florida, with transportation, guiding and the little touches that turn a day out into a memorable experience.
The Road Ahead
Coming home from New Zealand and Australia has given us a fresh perspective and perhaps a little more enthusiasm than ever for the place we call home.
There are still roads we haven't traveled, towns we haven't explored, stories we haven't uncovered and adventures waiting just a short drive away.
So we're excited about this next chapter of East Coast Tour & Shuttle.
A new website. New tours. New destinations. And the same passion for showing people the Florida we love.
If you haven't joined us on the road yet, perhaps this is the season.
And if you've traveled with us before,we're glad to have you back.
Let's see where the road takes us next.
